Thank goodness I finally have something to share besides Barbies! Not that I don’t love Barbies, they’re great. But I’ve missed actual people 🙂 and as much as I am madly in love with my sweet hubby, I’m sick of his handsome face.
I needed to get out of the house, people. So I was ecstatic when the restrictions were lifted and some businesses were allowed to resume.
I mentioned a few weeks ago how much I LOVE springtime and Haley and Chad’s engagement session is the epitome of why. You just can’t get photos like this here in the winter.
The Japanese Gardens in Houston, Texas is one of the most beautiful places to photograph people, with lots of little nooks and tons of beautiful trees and flowers. It’s also just a great place for a fun date. Though they typically require an expensive permit to shoot there, we were able to slip in for a few minutes. We also took some of my favorites near the Museum of Natural Science and the Mecom Rockwell Colonnade. Finally we snuck into McGovern Gardens because that was where Chad proposed!
I’m so thankful to have clients that are as cool as these two and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in September!
